This Notice to California Residents (“Notice”) is FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).
If you are a California resident, this section includes information that we provide pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended from time to time (“CCPA”). This section includes information regarding the categories of information to be collected, the purposes for which the categories of information are collected or used, whether the information is sold or shared and how you can opt-out of such sales and sharing by clicking our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, and how long the information is retained. This Notice provides information about the categories of personal information that we collect from California residents generally, the purposes for which we use the information, the sources of the information, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose the personal information for business purposes. This Notice also explains “Do Not Sell” and provides you with the ways to exercise your rights.
This Notice does not apply to personal information we collected or received about consumers in their capacity as our job applicant, employee, contractor, or an emergency contact, beneficiary, or dependent of one of our applicants, employees, or contractors. Such consumers should refer to our California Human Resources Privacy Policy for more information. Additionally, this Notice applies only to the extent we direct the purposes and means of processing of personal information and otherwise qualify as a "business" under the CCPA. It does not apply to information we collect, disclose, or otherwise process as a "service provider"under the CCPA on behalf of our customers and business partners.

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the sources described in the Information We Collect and How We Collect It section of our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and use, disclose, or otherwise process personal information, including personal information defined as sensitive under the CCPA, we collect for one or more of the business purposes and commercial purposes described in the What Do We Do With the Information We Collect About You? section of our Privacy Policy. Consistent with the preceding sentence, we may collect and use, disclose, or otherwise process personal information defined as sensitive under the CCPA for purposes other than performing the services or providing the products you request, for security and integrity purposes, short-term transient uses where the relevant personal information defined as sensitive under the CCPA is not disclosed to a third party or used to build a consumer profile, performing services on our behalf, undertaking quality and safety control exercises, and other collection and processing that is not for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
We intend to retain personal information for as long as we reasonably need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including provision of the Services and to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, as applicable.

The CCPA defines “sale” very broadly in a manner that includes disclosing personal information in exchange for other valuable consideration. Under the CCPA, we may sell personal information. We may also share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes with unaffiliated third parties. Cross-context behavioral advertising means displaying advertising to you based on personal information obtained or inferred from your activities over time across different websites, applications, or other online services we do not operate. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
We may engage in sales of personal information and sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes for purposes such as providing services to our customers, delivering or facilitating cross-context behavioral advertising to users of the Services and users of websites and other online services provided by third parties, and generating revenue.
The CCPA provides consumers with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes those CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those CCPA rights.
You have the right to opt-out of any sales of your personal information or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which means displaying advertising to you based on personal information obtained or inferred from your activities over time across different websites, applications, and other online services we do not operate. You may exercise this right by clicking this “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
We have also configured our websites to be compatible with opt-out preference signals, which may allow you to signal a preference to opt out of or restrict our use of tracking technologies that may result in “sales” under CCPA or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Opt-out preference signals must be in a format commonly used and recognized by businesses and be delivered by a platform, technology, or mechanism that makes clear to consumers that the use of the signal is meant to have the effect of opting the consumer out of sales and sharing of personal information as described above. If you do not have an account with us or are not logged into your account, your opt-out preference signal will be linked to your browser identifier only and may not be linked to other personal information, such as account information, about you that we process that is not associated with your browser identifier.
If we receive an opt-out preference signal from you, we may offer you the option to provide additional information to help facilitate your opt-out request. We may also notify you if an opt-out preference signal we receive from you conflicts with your privacy settings or participation in certain programs we offer, and request your consent to sales or sharing of personal information or to affirm your intent to withdraw from any relevant programs.
Even if you opt out of sharing your personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, you may still see our ads online at other sites and apps, and we may still base aspects of ads on your interactions with us and the Services.
RIGHT TO ACCESS AND KNOW ABOUT PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED, DISCLOSED, OR SOLD
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information during the applicable time period for your request. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you, depending on the scope of the request:

It is important to know that you are not required to create an account with us to make a verifiable request.
If you have a password-protected account with us, we may deliver our written response to that account when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.
Unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we will not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request. If we determine that a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we will tell you why we made that decision and reserve the right to either refuse to act on your request or charge you a reasonable fee to complete your request.
Under the California “Shine the Light” law, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may also have the right to request certain information regarding our disclosures of their personal information (as defined by California Civil Code § 1798.83) during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
